What Customers Say About Numark CDN88 PRO DUAL CD PLAYER FOR DJ USE:

CDN-88 is definitely worth its price (though many consider it as overpriced, but the quality is much better than KAM and Denon). So all of you those who were always worried about the CD-skips due to shocks, no need to worry anymore. The CDN-88 also features new improved seamless loops (dual and independent), with 3 hot stutter starts you can hit the cue samples easily with dual access onto your track being played.Numark was also one of the first manufacturers of Pro-DJ equipments to realize the benefits of using the soft rubber buttons over the hard plastic one, so naturally the CDN-88 wears the rubber buttons which works well with the abuses from Pro-DJs, dust and smog. Anti-Shock (Numark's trademark) is another feature which I always loved and appreciated on all Numark's CD players, but was thrilled to find that in CDN-88, the buffer time has been increased from 24 seconds to 48 seconds.
Like always, Numark has added heaps of features, so that the operating DJ can deliver music of infinite custom levels. However, that can only be achieved with lots of practice. NUMARK's CDN-88 is one of the latest offering from the inventors of professional twin-deck CD players.
It took me two weeks to get the kind of sound I always wanted. Go for it, and it makes more sense if you are already or planning to use hard-drive turntables. The Beatkeeper III system is awesome, which features a BPM counter accurate to the 0.2 BPM which is assigns itself directly to the Beat Interlock (another very useful feautures, but many DJs just hate it) system.
This beats will be matched with system syncing a cue track on side B to the master playing on Side A, and so on.The Real time scratching works well too, and yes it makes the realistic sound of the turntables.
